Joinery

Several 1,000 m² of panel materials are always in stock. This allows us to react quickly even to changes at short notice, which are almost commonplace in trade fair construction.

Automated panel storage

Perfect cuts and error-free work processes thanks to fully automatic plate supply to the processing machines. Our computer-assisted material recording, movement and -organization is an important component in the production of individual trade fair constructions.

CNC Center

For millimeter-precise, individual form milling and optimum quality control. Even the most complex work is carried out precisely and in a time and cost-saving manner. Precision is elementary for high-quality exhibition stands.

Digital single cuts

We perform even the smallest cuts with high precision using the latest technology. Because the difference is often in the details, the smallest subtleties. Individual trade fair constructions are complex and rich in detail. Good, if everything is right.

Edge processing center

For a wide range of processing options on the edges of wood at the highest level: Individual work steps can be carried out fully automatically, eliminating the need for time-consuming reworking. An important contribution to quality trade fair construction made to measure.

Paint shop

We paint all components directly on our premises – exactly according to the specifications. This is good for the appearance and for the price-performance ratio. A separate baking chamber with modern heat recovery ensures a positive eco-balance and minimizes energy consumption.

Metal processing

Extensive stocking of all common profiles made of steel and aluminum ensures great flexibility and dynamics in production.

Electric

Extensive storage capacities ensure the constant availability of all electrical components: 60 kilometers of prefabricated cables, about 2,000 spotlights including LED technology and much more.

Logistics & Warehouse

Thanks to our in-house, 11,500 m² logistics center, trade fair structures are in the right place on time. A state-of-the-art high-bay warehouse also offers plenty of storage capacity for our customer – at attractive conditions and with efficiency benefits: optimal use of space as well as accelerated search processes thanks to automated conveyor technology.

Design Department

Modern CAD and graphics programs ensure a detailed and highly realistic visualization of any project on the computer. Be it for the concrete conception or design proposals on our part.
